30 Day Diagnostic Evaluation Program


Columbus Behavioral Center for Children and Adolescents has developed a 30 Day Diagnostic Evaluation Program that will assist in treatment recommendations. This is a fast track for diagnostic clarification where previous treatment has not been clear or there has been no previous treatment.

What referrals sources can expect from the intense diagnostic evaluation:

  • Intake Evaluation
  • Nursing Assessment
  • Psychosocial Assessment
  • Psychiatric Evaluation
  • History and Physical
  • Psychological Evaluation
  • Educational Services
  • Family and Individual Therapy

At the conclusion of the 30 day evaluation period, Columbus Behavioral Center will provide a full written report on all results of testing and recommendations for the child, and a therapist will attend court to explain the recommendations.
